Looks Like We Made It

This is the first summer I have been able to track site traffic since we only began getting the statistical information last October. It looks like we didn't experience the summer drop off I had expected. In fact, this past week was the best 5 day period we have had since the site began in October of 2000.

We broke the single day record on two occasions. Going into the week, the record for a single day was 159. On last Tuesday, we hit 160 visits and followed that up on Wednesday with an all time high of 177. The average for the 5 day period, Monday through Friday was 146. The week day totals always surpass the weekend figures.

Another item which may be of interest to some of you is that "Inside Carolina" has contacted me and asked if I would be willing to be a subject in a new series they plan to initiate soon on "Die Hard Carolina Fans." I agreed and as things stand now, I am scheduled to appear in their October issue. Might even be a photograph of moi and my "Heel Mobile." It's getting about time to have her checked out for some trips down I-85 and I-40 and on to Kenan Stadium and the Smith Center.
